Clients do not come first.... Employees come first.
We are living in the world where employees are treated as slaves. they are not given the due respect, all the rights and favors are for the client. but the truth is if you aren't having loyal employees you wont be able to create loyal customers. Employees are the face of any business. So consider your employees important they will work for you with their body and soul.
