 Don't ignore your hands, when we interact with someone, they not only notice our facial beauty but our hands as well. Some people judge our personality by looking at our hands. Nails play an important role in the beauty of our hands. Our nails grow naturally by themselves but they grow very rough, they become so weak that they break with a little hurt. The rate of growth is different in different people. It can be due to many reasons. Healthy nails are the key of beautiful hands, nails plays a very important role in your personality if they are broken or not well shaped, you won’t look impressive. Here are some simple tips to follow to get healthy, shiny and beautiful nails.


1. Skip Nail polish

Hands looks amazing with nail polish but its dangerous for our nails health. So skip nail polish for few days and do not wear nail polish continuously more than 2-3 days as its block the air our nails need.




2. Massage with Olive Oil


Massage your nails with little oil after every bath, it will bring shine & strength to your nails.



3. nails cuticle cream


Daily apply cuticles cream at any time, any place specially before bed to get soft and moisturized  cuticles all the time.


4. Supplements for nails

You can take any supplement for healthy nails which are easily available in any pharmacy.

5. Use Base coat


Use nail base coat alone or with nail polish, it protects our nails and help to prolong manicure.



6. Skip artificial nails

 Artificial nails are very harmful for our nails so try not to use them in daily routine.
